Established in 2022, Silver Carriage, LCC was created though the collaboration of business and medical experts, Jeff Spear and Taylor Swinney to serve the residents of Sonoma County through non-emergency medical transport (NEMT). Silver Carriage, LLC was specifically founded to relieve the EMS system of non-emergent transportation to medical facilities. We specialize in servicing post-acute care and residential care facilities; providing dependable, friendly, and safe transportation to and from medical appointments. Our vehicles are specially equipped to accommodate those with mobility limitations, including wheelchairs, and operated by professionally trained drivers.
